Includes:
Monthly service & inspection on 1 ATV (fluids, filters, grease points, tires)
3 hours of machine work for road grading, brush clearing, shredding, dirt work, or pad shaping
Fence inspections and minor repairs
Water system inspection (troughs, floats, valves, pumps, pressure systems)
